Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Instant Signer. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. General principle
You must use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm others, our infrastructure, or the reputation of the Services.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or facilitating it.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Distributing malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Services.
- Using the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Misrepresenting identity or impersonating others.
3. Security
You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach security or authentication measures without our express written permission. Report vulnerabilities to security@instantsigner.com.
4. Content responsibility
You are responsible for the signatures, banners, and disclaimers you create and deploy, and for ensuring they comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy or poses a risk to the Services or other users.
